What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name and email address when you join the newsletter, join a course waitlist, book a discovery call, ask a question or contact us. Anything you choose to write in a community post or a course comment.
- Purchase information. When you buy or claim an offer, our platform records what you bought, when, and the amount. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored by us or visible to us.
- Usage information. Pages viewed, lessons started and completed, emails opened and links clicked, plus technical data such as IP address, browser and device type.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To deliver what you asked for: course access, coaching sessions, discovery calls, community membership. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- To send you the newsletter and course announcements you signed up for. Legal basis: consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
- To run and secure the site: preventing spam and abuse, fixing faults, understanding which material is useful. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- To meet accounting and tax obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run this business:
- Kajabi, for hosting, course delivery, email, payments and the member community.
- The payment provider used at checkout, for processing payments.
- Google reCAPTCHA, for spam protection on forms. Google receives technical data about your visit when a protected form is shown.
- Video hosting for lesson playback.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by the safeguards those providers put in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Course and purchase records are kept for as long as you hold access, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries that do not become customers are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD].
Your rights
